Forest Lane Domes and Experiences (FLD) accepts bookings directly and also via third-party platforms. Prices may vary due to the use of smart pricing technology and fees with third-party sites.

Secure Your Dates

Payment must be received in full before your chosen dates are confirmed and secured. If you are booking by email and your dates are more than five (5) calendar days, including weekends and holidays, from your arrival date, FLD will hold your requested dates for a maximum of six (6) hours pending your e-transfer. If the e-transfer has not been received within this timeframe, the dates will be made available to other customers to book. If your booking is within five (5) calendar days, including weekends and holidays, FLD will hold your dates for one (1) hour to allow time for e-transfer, after which, if the e-transfer has not been received, the dates will be available for other customers to book.

We are dog friendly; there is a pet fee of $30 per stay per dog.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your booked dates. If you cancel more than five (5) full calendar days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25+HST cancellation fee. However, we prefer you to move your booking to another date for a fee of $10+HST.

If you cancel less than five (5) full calendar days before your check-in date, no refunds or date changes will be available. You will have the option to transfer your booking to another family member or friend for a fee of $10+HST. Dates that have previously been rescheduled are not eligible for a refund.

Terms of Use

This agreement governs the use of the website, its contents, and the physical property owned by Forest Lane Domes and Experiences Ltd (referred to herein as "FLD", "us", "we", or "our") and by you (any user of this site or visitor to our property). By using the site, booking a stay at, or visiting FLD, you agree to each and all the terms in this agreement and waive any right to ambiguity. We reserve the right to change information on our site or in this agreement without notice.

All material on the site is the property of Forest Lane Domes and Experiences.

FLD reserves the right to refuse service to any guests.

We provide links on our site to businesses and services that may interest our guests to make planning your stay as easy as possible. We disclaim any responsibility for the content, availability, or accuracy of information on third-party sites. We do not endorse any of the services, merchandise, or information on third-party sites nor have we taken steps to confirm the accuracy of such information. We recommend that you make inquiries with third-party site owners to confirm information before using their sites or making any purchases. FLD does not make any warranties as to the security of third-party sites.

FLD is located in a forest, and the terrain is mainly natural and undeveloped. FLD will not be held responsible for accidents, injuries to guests, or for the loss or damage to any guests’ personal property.

Any damage done to the dome and/or the property’s fixtures, fittings, and furnishings will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
