The past few years have brought unexpected challenges to us all, reshaping the way we see and live our lives. Amidst the whirlwind, our family sought a new beginning, a fresh chapter that promised more than just a change of scenery but a transformation in how we connect with the world around us.

My wife and I are your hosts at Forest Lane.  We left behind our lives in Liverpool, England and Ontario for a slower pace.  I had a career in law enforcement with Merseyside Police and Peel Regional Police, and my wife, a dedicated Registered Nurse. Together we made the not so easy decision to move our family again and journey to Norton, New Brunswick, in pursuit of a simpler, more fulfilling lifestyle. Here, I hung up my badge to embrace my lifelong passion for the great outdoors, from hiking trails in Asia to scuba diving in Australia, my wife and I embrace nature and the joy it brings.  We now get to do this everyday with our son Mason and dog - Mako.
